This place is awesome. My wife and I started our journey in January. Now it’s May 10 th and we’ve both lost over 100lbs(total)! I’m down to 16percent body fat. My wife is down to 11percent!! I went through 2 rounds of the 4 month program and I found it extremely easy to follow and Beth, my coach was very professional and helpful. I would recommend Rockford Weight Loss Clinic to any and all. I had lost almost 90 pounds. Took a little break and am going back on the program in earnest.
