All the people that work here are great! Very good customer service but this is a small style credit union. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is because of the bank app. It takes a full day for a transfer from savings to checking occur even though the app says that it is instant. Someone at the bank has to manually approve each transfer.
The people that we don't what there were very accommodating and friendly!
