If you need an evaluation for court, I suppose this place will work for you. If you're trying to get your license reinstated, stay away. Paul doesn't know what he's doing when it comes to that. Unfortunately,I didn't find that out until after I was denied and got an attorney, who also said Paul doesn't know what he's doing.
Do not use this man. He is overpriced and very un reliable. He will expect you to go get all your documents. If you're unsure of what is needed, He is no help. You'll need to be the bigger bully to get the information in English language, especially if you have no background in this area. He is a very poor responders to email and messages.
