Competitive rates and friendly staff - though high staff turnover and not all staff are experienced/knowledgeable. Docs have been lost. Complaints rebuffed. Excessive fees for services put profit above customer retention. Biggest frustration is bank notices can confusingly arrive under three different names (Rockford Bank, St Charles Bank, or Wintrust Bank.) Sadly the bar for banks are low so Wintrust gets 4 stars.
We decided we wanted another bank with a more local flavor as our other bank just seems too corporate. We found the right place at Rockford Community Bank. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. Our new "Relationship Banker", Justyn walked us through our new account and helped familiarize us with our new bank. Recommended!
I’ve been with you guys since the fall or mainly winter of 2024 whenever I come in to deposit my work check get a withdraw either with Sarina and Ali real nice sweet ladies friendly we talk a bit before I leave. Don’t ever change or leave because if you sweet gorgeous ladies leave I’ll be brokenhearted they’ve been awesome with me.
