I would give 0 star if I could! I always had a great experience with other employees until today after dealing with the owner Scott. He has an absolutely zero customer service attitude. We bought my daughter's figure skates here a year ago and we thought she needed new skates so we went to the store today and they said the skates still fit her they just need to be stretched due to she has wide feet. just started going here after trucking down to Arvada to Pure hockey. it's a lot bigger than i remember. Skate tech's are always great. I went to see if we can get some blades (blade housing) replaced on my Son's skate because the blades were loose. Your tech (a female) went out of her way to jam a small piece of plastic into the blade cradle to make the blades solid and took away the wiggle. Thanks Chika! It worked great!

I've been shopping here for at least the past 12 years. I've bought sticks, skates, pads, sharpened skates and repaired a number of pieces of equipment for adult hockey. They do it all! Every time I've received great personalized recommendations and service from both Scott and his staff. Boulder valley is lucky to have this gem.
I’ve been to Rocket Skate a couple times, and now (as long as I live in Colorado) it is the only skate shop I’ll ever shop at. Great selection of gear and skates, and the owner, Scott, really knows what he’s doing! Friendly staff and excellent customer service. Any time something has gone wrong with what I bought, they’re always on top of working with me to fix it. So, I’ve basically revamped my whole hockey outfit here in the last few years—can’t recommend enough! If I could give 10 stars I would!
