I first went to Pure Hockey and they weren't helpful AT ALL. Very robotic and impersonal. I came here to Rocket Skate and man oh man, these 2 guys ROCK!!! They both helped me choose the best 1st skate for my upcoming ice skating/hockey lessons. I can really tell that they are passionate about what they do and we laughed/talked hockey together. I initially had a very positive experience when purchasing new hockey skates here in October. After recently experiencing some discomfort, I drove back up to Superior to see if they could help me with adjustments. After taking zero seconds to identify my problem and the root of the pain, I was simply told I was wearing my shin pads incorrectly and was dismissed. I would give 0 star if I could! I always had a great experience with other employees until today after dealing with the owner Scott. He has an absolutely zero customer service attitude. We bought my daughter's figure skates here a year ago and we thought she needed new skates so we went to the store today and they said the skates still fit her they just need to be stretched due to she has wide feet.
