LIES LIES LIES. This company is a scam and the owner is a thief. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Today we were forced to file a criminal complaint and begin a civil lawsuit. We are filing both state and federal complaints against this business and we will work to get them shut down!!! The CA Attorney General is now involved and so is the FTC. Don’t work with them. They steal money and don’t deliver products. They are liars and thieves. Message me for FACTUAL details and read our BBB complaint!!!!
Rocket Restaurant is a SHAM! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. They will steal your money and not deliver your products. We have done business with them in the past and didn't have problems, but they clearly are in deep trouble financially as they are dodging phone calls and letters and emails, including Dan the owner himself. We now have to sue them to get our product delivered or our money back. I would give ZERO stars if I could.
Fantastic location, great environment, low-key vibe but super-friendly and approachable staff, huge supply and AWESOME PRICES ... wholesale-like price on as little as an individual fork (and perfect place to replace individual silverware without having to buy a whole set/preset number of pieces). The only thing wrong with this place is you'll end up spending more than you planned, because you WILL see something else you need/always wanted--and the prices are hard to decline!
