Rocket Removals helped us in our recent move from an apartment to a house. The apartment was located up 4 flights of stairs. Rocket arrived on time (in fact- a touch early, which was great), and got to work immediately. They did a thorough and efficient job. We will gladly hire Rocket Removals again in future.
I would not recommend this company. I read alot of negate reviews about this company prior to using them and thought - maybe my experience will be different, but that was a huge mistake. Please read these reviews carefully, and look for reoccurring themes because IT WILL HAPPEN TO YOU. Issue 1: movers working so slowly. When you are getting charged by the hour, every minute counts but these people were moving like they had all day to mack around. I have used their services twice now, both times I received professional workers, prompt, fast, reliable with attention and care to my goods. Staff at the reception is very good at her job too. Awesome guys, thanks heaps!
Ash and Sam were fantastic! A move can be super stressful, but it makes all the difference having the right guys for the job. They were calm, friendly, experienced, super efficient and went above and beyond with helping set up things. They knew what they were doing and while working really fast, managed to also be super careful with my belongings. What a dream team! So grateful to them and highly recommend Rocket Removals.
We went with Rocket Removals to move from our double story house in Cranbourne to another place, and we had the smoothest experience possible. Eddie, Harry and Brian were the three gentleman that were assigned our job, and they were the most friendliest, hard-working and professional removalists we could have asked for.
