I never use this app before what I have a suspicious transaction from my credit card to this app. I ring and sent email that wasn’t me that the transaction and mentioned please cancel the same time and day I noticed the money $2000 was stealing from my credit card and Rocket remit never cancel it even when the look pending , they could help what they hey didn’t . I wish I could give 0 stars! A bank account was opened in my name by a scammer who transferred money out of this account to two Rocket Remit accounts and Rocket Remit won’t disclose their information. How disappointing that they’ve decided to protect scammers. *the police does not care since the scammers are apparently overseas despite the fact it’s my money that was taken out of a bank account opened in my name. Fast, easy-to-understand, faultless AND Rocket Remit has very low fees. In some cases, there are NO FEES for sending money. When a fee applies, it ranges from ZERO to $5 depending on the currency and receiving country. They asked me how they could improve the service ... not often I can't tell a business how they could improve!! Best transfer service I've used in 20+ years ... by far!

Good efficient service. Low fees and good exchange exchange rate. The app needs improvement when selecting destinations (need to scroll)
