Carlo was my loan officer and helped with the purchasing of my first home he made every thing so simple and easy. He helped go through every detail with me and whenever I had a question he had an answer. When purchasing a home there is a lot to process but Carlo was on top of everything and was always communicating back to me. I would definitely recommend him to anyone that is looking to purchase a home.

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with Rocket Mortgage. My loan payments were set up through ACH when I obtained the loan. Recently, Rocket Mortgage experienced a disruption that resulted in my scheduled ACH payment not being processed. Not only was the payment missed through no fault of my own, but the ACH arrangement was not properly reinstated afterward.
