Carlo is a hidden gem in the mortgage industry, I must have asked him over a dozen questions of what I need to do to be able to qualify to purchase a home in the future and he took his time and walked me through everything. Carlo gave me a lot of good advice, of how to strategically plan and be ready to buy when I am ready, I really appreciate his time. Not a lot of people are willing to help you when you are not ready just yet but still need advice on steps you can take to be able to get all your ducks in a row.

I highly recommend Carlo (and Rocket) for mortgage financing and refinancing. Carlo was incredibly attentive and communicative throughout my entire refi process. He kept me updated on movement in rates, and we worked together to find the best time to jump on a refi that would save me money each month and cut down the length of my loan. Carlo communicated exactly what was needed on my end, and took care of the rest. He couldn't have made it any easier.
