Hey everyone wanted to say I have worked with many loan officers in the past but never have I experienced someone like Carlo Gasper! Not only did he walk us through the entire process with confidence he helped us navigate everything in between to give us the best deal out there! All of my anxieties and fears were all resolved with care and compassion all because of Carlo Gasper and his team at rocket mortgage! I couldn’t be happier I could shout it from the rooftop of my house!!!
I am a Realtor in Southern California and I recently had the pleasure of working with Carlo Gasper. He came in when another bank couldn't get us to the finish line (US Bank) and he had the appraisal and loan approved within 6 days and we closed escrow within 14 days of receiving the loan application! My client is very happy, as am I. Will definitely refer him to my clients.
Stay away from rocket mortgage
Impossible to get in touch with these people. Somehow they're always experiencing "higher than normal" call volume. 🤔 My good friend, at that point, that's normal call volume and you need more staff. I've waited upwards of 2 hours on hold across various calls, but I've never gotten anyone. Their chat widget doesn't connect either. Guess next I'll try wax-sealed letter written by candle-light delivered by carrier pigeon. The one star is because I can't give them any less.
