Impossible to get in touch with these people. Somehow they're always experiencing "higher than normal" call volume. 🤔 My good friend, at that point, that's normal call volume and you need more staff. I've waited upwards of 2 hours on hold across various calls, but I've never gotten anyone. Their chat widget doesn't connect either.
