Danny was great! Prompt on arrival & went to work snapping shots of home inside and out. He was knowledgeable and friendly. When he finished he installed a For Sale sign. Nice person -- good experience. Thank you!
Do not, I repeat do not ever use this company! Almost every single time they do something wrong whether it’s bringing the wrong post, the wrong sign, forgetting the post, forgetting the sign, forgetting the lockbox, and photographers that are not very friendly and do not take their time. I have been doing this 23 years and this is absolutely the most terrible company when it comes to customer service and quality of what they do in the industry. Horrible! The company did not show up on the scheduled date. Three days after their scheduled date they sill did not have it listed or updated! I am 100% out on this company. Very poor customer service, unprofessional and just ignorant. Don't offer service dates if you can't honor them.

I asked a couple questions to the texting service and Noma took the initiative to call me just to make sure I really understood the answer to my questions and she took the time to answer about 20 other questions. The customer service was well above my expectations and the signpost and photography services are so reasonably priced and it's super easy to use their website. Realtors best friend!
