Don’t get loans from Rocketfunds… They would screwed you
Worst company ever , I’m not the first one that has a hard time communicating , the lady is rude and does not know how to speak well, which is why I asked to speak with some one else. She hung up lol this company is a scam just look at the Google photo the back of a building lol
The company doesn’t respond to emails, Stalled my car repair for about a month now. Sent them multiple emails haven’t gotten a response yet for the past 20 days.
Their partner dealer used my documents and took loan on my profile without letting me know and they are also not helping me out. Everytime there is a woman on call she refused to connect with seniors or any other team member who can help me and always disconnects the call in mid of the conversation. Very harrasful and worst behavior
Do not use this company no matter how desperate you are for funds. The emails do not work and there is only one person to answer the phone. They will completely ignore you until it is time to pay the loan amount in full. They will only respond to you stating you will fully pay the amount and then they are quick to respond. DO NOT EVER USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE EXTREMLY SHADY AND UNTRUSTWORTHY!
