I have had the exact same issue as the previous customer review. I was very excited to finally have a local store to purchase my vaping products. I really like the taste of the liquids and have yet to find another brand I like better. There batteries, clearomizers and coils are a different story. I didn't mind the fact that they were over-priced compared to shopping online since I preferred dealing with someone local but their products are defective and they never stand behind them when they fail. Im glad I have gotten into vaping. I have probably saved hundreds of dollars compared to smoking cigarettes. I brought my starter kit and supplies from rocket e in Hopkinsville ky. The only problem I have is that they DO NOT stand behind what they sell. I have been through 3 batteries and each time im being told it had to be something I did. This is definitely not the case.
