The two men that came out to deliver our recumbent bike were awesome. The company was awesome in contacting us all along the process, I was impressed. The guys that delivered were respectful of our home, put the bike together, very careful about all they did. I will use this company in the future if I can.
I have no reason to give this company anything other than five stars. The delivery people were very courteous and easy to work with. They delivered a very large cardio machine for me. Furthermore, the communication and explanation from the office was great as well. I'm not sure why so many people had these terrible experiences, but I'm happy mine was great!
