RCTA helped setup QuickBooks for our office, has done our bookkeeping since early 2021, and took over payroll in the fall of 2022. Gwen is a QuickBooks Online expert. She is diligent in completing work on time, while following both accounting and payroll best practices.
Gwen is probably the most unhappiest and unprofessional person I have dealt with professionally in a long time. If you ask her a question, she won’t answer but instead gets upset that you even asked. Seriously, it would be quicker just to answer the question instead of ranting LITERALLY. This is on more than one occurrence by the way. I couldn’t even get upset but instead felt sorry for her because you can’t help but to wonder what’s going on deep inside with her. However, no excuse for the unnecessary rudeness. I can say that Gwen is fantastic. This is our second time filing with her and I appreciate the service she provides. I know if we had any questions she would always provide the info. She follows through and most of all she is a kind person !
