Rocket was a great service. The drivers will text you, to confirm location and time. Very responsive with communicating with you. Safe drivers. A stop for coffee/bathroom break included. Door to door service. Shout out to Kevin and Jerry. Vans are clean. Comfortable. * Note if you book for more than yourself and anyone is held up traveling, plane delays etc, Rocket will not break the contract. Taking the Rocket to Port Angeles and then back to Seatac was a great experience. Loved the door to door drop off/pickup plus the service and communication was seamless. My drivers, Gerry David and John, were both very friendly and you could tell they enjoyed their work.

Jerry, he was fabulous. Not just a good driver, but also had a great personality. He acted like he really enjoyed his job. Like he really liked meeting new people. By the end of the trip, we were all acquainted. And of course he was excellent with taking care of the luggage, and helping me get in and out of the shuttle. he is an asset to your organization. I was just trying to book a shuttle from Port Angeles to SEATAC. I spoke to a "customer service" person who was so incredibly arrogant and rude and acted as though I was an inconvenience rather than explaining anything to me about the service. I was hoping for a 6 pm airport arrival and she repeated over and over that the shuttle leaves at noon but arrives between 4 and 6. No explanation of why it takes 4 to 6 hours to get to the airport or any type of politeness. I was hoping that I could call in closer to our day of depart... read more

Here’s my experience today, March 22, 2025. At 9:06 am I phoned Rocket Dispatch to see if I could get an earlier transport (from SeaTac Best Western to Sequim) than my original reservation for 5:35 pm. My request was granted by dispatch for a 2:35 pm pickup. At 2:41 pm I called Dispatch to see where my ride was. Dispatch got back to me a few minutes later saying that Todd didn’t get the message to pick me up. I asked, since it was only a few minutes past the pick up time, if he couldn’t turn around and pick me up. The answer... read more
