Very unprofessional! You ask questions they look at you like you’re dumb especially the girl name Nigeria! No smile, no enthusiasm, no nothing! If I could give zero stars I definitely would! Don’t recommend!!
First time I have been to this location. It was a Monday Afternoon. Walked in took a number and immediately called to the window. Gave the clerk my documents for 3 tags. It was quick. Paid with a check. Parking was easy. Building has been renovated and it was clean. Impressed.
If I could give negative stars I would. This is the most incompetent government office and staff I have ever had the displeasure of doing business with. They are rude, dismissive, and downright disrespectful. On more than one occasion I saw and heard visibly upset patrons. If I never had to return to this office it would be too soon. I went in this morning to ask a tax question regarding property taxes. It was my first time and going in and also having any questions regarding owning a home and property taxes. I was at window 5. The young woman I had was not customer friendly. Her body language was seemed annoyed and tone of voice was off putting. Every question I asked was answered in a way as if I should I know the answer.
