Give you a time that the bus arrives. They tell you to be outside early just in case, but then their driver can NEVER be on time giving the lamest excuses. So you end up standing outside in all elements for 10+ minutes wondering if the bus is even coming. When I call to ask about it they say “oh well”. So it’s VERY important that we make sure we’re early, but they could care less about making children stand in the elements for extended periods and eating into people’s commute time because they can’t run on time.

Due to a bus issue they had my kids get on the wrong bus an did not contact me until i called them to find out why my kids bus was late. This is not okay and there should always be CONTACT with the parents at ALL TIMES!! Completely ridiculous that I wasn't even going to be contacted about the issue! Yet again here we are with another issue of kids getting bullied on the bus an no one contacts parents what so ever! They can’t even reply back to an email, there service is ridiculous and needs a whole new management that cares.

They are truly trying their best to make sure the kids get to and from school and have been very understanding when I have had a issue or needed to know something regarding a new drop off time or bus change, Mr. Robert and the other drivers are very dedicated to their jobs and they keep our kids safe!!! So if u see a bus driver thank him and show them a lil kindness which I plan on doing soon!!!
