Ordered claim gloves as although I am only 165cm tall I have a wide hand. Have always ordered clothes and have had no problems. This pair were far too small. I explained this in an email. This was acknowledged but heard nothing else. Not good enough.

I found that items I have purchased here , to be better then the choices that are available from others , especially the bike helmet with the visor which I've just ordered .
The purchase experience was good and delivery quick. The item I ordered will be part of complete bike build with Mechanical disc brakes, but electronic shifting. So I've been building up the required components I need. I still have the bike frame to go, but ultimately it's about building a bike that works with my proportions. Most bikes are simply not long enough for my long body and short legs. I will using a 150mm stem that I have on my current bike.
