I bought an old rusted bike with a rear flat tire into the store on Station Street for the staff to look at. I remember the staff were friendly, and professional. Having looked my bike they told me what needed to be done. They explained everything clearly. I thought all repairs for the bike would be expensive. The rack I purchased was great quality. Delivery was timely. Can't take a photo as paniers are already on.
Sales staff provided advice as needed. Purchased electric bike pump, a bit confusing about different nozzles and when used appears very slow to inflate tyre.
