This place is just the limit! If you want to pay over the phone it's a charge. The bills come early in the month and if you want to get them in on time you have to go in there, they can't wait for you to get your SS check and get it in. No grace period, no modern payment methods. This office is as old timey as their tourist trap. All the funds go to the tourist areas and none for the outside. Rockbridge County should be ashamed of themselves. Do yourself a favor, don't move to Rockbridge. They will eagerly take advantage of you without any remorse.

Absolutely pathetic I'm new to home buying and they sent me a personal property tax bill which I began paying on. However they did not inform me my escrow will cover it and now they are saying they can't refund me the money I've already put into for payments! Most places wouldn't have a problem doing that!
