I’ve ordered 2 couches from Rockbottom and the customer service, delivery and details were outstanding each time. Each time I’ve ordered it’s never been a stock item and the communication is wonderful. Love supporting small businesses and from start to finish there is a member of their family that takes care of you. I always recommend Rockbottom.
We love this store. We recently bought a new home and looked forward to coming into rock bottom to find some pieces to complete that space. We bought a perfect new kitchen table and look forward to being back in soon to look at some more items. Jenny, Bailey, and Bryce are always a complete joy to work with. Top notch people. Rock bottom is the place to go for all your home furnishing needs...trust me on that one!
