Colleen is a great planner for my shoulder physical therapy. The exercises I do have strengthened this area and I feel more confident using this arm.
Great therapists. I have gone to them for several years for various problems and have always had good results. This time it was vertigo and they outright cured it on the first visit.
I cannot say enough about Rock Valley Physical Therapy. Everyone is so courteous and helpful. I have a crazy schedule and they always work with me to get me in. They are also very informative on what caused my condition, what I can do to help relieve my pain and educational on how to prevent it in the future. I highly recommend Rock Valley and the entire team!
