My daughter was having troubles with her jaw feeling out of place/locked when waking up in the morning until she could "get it to pop back in place". After having a work injury, I started PT here. All the staff were great and Makena and Colleen were great PT’s to work with!
I have needed PT more in the last couple of years than I would like. The team at Rock Valley in Grimes has been amazing! They listen to me, they take their time and really work towards getting me to my goals. They focus on my PT and don't ignore me while they engage in their own conversations like I've experienced in other PT offices. In addition, they are very kind and friendly in their office; always pleasant and smiling.
