My wife and I both saw Seth for long term injuries we were feeling discomfort from. He did a great job of assessing the contributing factors, releasing pain in the location, and recommending stretches the helped progress mobility. The team here is very smart and hospitable!
My daughter has been going to Rock Valley for several months working on a foot/knee injury due to gymnastics. Seth and his team have been professional, helpful and really care about her and her recovery. They also do a great job relating to a 13 year old who doesn’t like to do her exercises or attend 7:00am appointments. We love Rock Valley PT.

My son has been seeing Seth for a couple of months for a back fracture. He’s been very patient, informative, and accommodating. He’s helped him get back on the baseball field and work through any soreness he’s had after not playing for 6 months. Very happy with our experience at Rock Valley in Grimes!
