Ashlee Lenz is wonderful! I especially admire the patience and kindness she showed when helping me refinance my 2025 Kia Soul. Was not a quick response for myself or my friend when he did his.when she responded to me she said no due to my credit score 715.(went somewhere else and was taken care of right away. My friend wait 6 days for a response and then to only get a text and know response after the text back to her. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND RVC .WORST SERVICE EVER!!!
