I was a bit concerned about joining the Rock Valley credit union and processing a loan through them since it was all remote. My contact was Ashlee and she was amazing. She made the whole process seamless and communication was excellent. If I needed guidance working through a step she was clear and patient. I definitely recommend RVCU as a place of business.
