Amazing service!!! Monty picked my granddaughter and I up quickly and the ride was wonderful! Great conversation and provided some recommendations for dinner and things to do. I would highly recommend this company. He stopped at CVS so we could get some drinks, etc. for the hotel. Way better than any Uber I’ve ever taken and honestly the price was about the same! Thank you Monty and Rock the Ride Galveston!! You all really so ROCK!!!
We can’t say enough good things about Rock the Ride Galveston! Their communication was incredible, cost was very reasonable, pick up and drop offs were smooth, and the vehicles were clean and comfortable. A bonus that they had kids car seats to take that stress off of us! We had an amazing experience with Monty and Lester. They both went above and beyond. We felt safe and well taken care of with them. They moved ten of us from IAH to Galveston. They had two vehicles in group. Ran into a lot of traffic heading to Galveston. Second vehicle got caught behind a accident. This vehicle had most of our luggage. Monty the driver first vehicle told driver to divert to another road. Waited a little time for second vehicle in Galveston ( but things happen) , but everything went smoothly and everyone made it. Thanks for the great Job. Had a great cruise and Monty was there for the return. Outstanding Company.
Do not book with these people. Very unreliable. Left us hanging at the airport with part of our luggage in another vehicle. Over an hour waiting to get what was suppose to be right behind us. Avoid at all cost. Not even one star.
Such amazing service for our group of 11. To and from our cruise and it couldn't have been smoother. We felt like really important people with your attentive driving and attention to details. Thank you Monte and Lester!! Would highly recommend!!
