This place is truly special. Yes, I worked out and lost weight, but I also ate well, relaxed by the pool, took early morning walks, watched a movie in the home-theater, and got amazing massages. I felt very welcomed by the staff and other guests. Can’t wait to go back!
The last two weeks have been something special. All too often we don’t talk about self-care. And it’s so important! There are no real words to describe The Farm Wellness Escape. I can’t even put into words how lovely The Farm is. It’s so beautiful and peaceful. The fitness classes were so fun and there is so much to do.
There are places you visit and then there are places that leave footprints on your heart forever. This is one of those places. Years ago, many of you knew this place as Fit Farm from our TV journey.
