Visited The Farm for the weekend on a spur of the moment reset with dear friends and it did not disappoint. It was exactly what we needed; Mind, body, and spirit. Their staff is welcoming, warm, and eager to help you attain whatever it is you’re seeking in your visit. The food is healthy and delicious, and the backdrop to it all was breathtaking. As a Nashville resident, I was thrilled to find this hidden gem just outside of town. I've been a couple times for a Day Pass and just finished my first 4 day/3 night stay. I honestly wish I could live here. The property is pure MAGIC and the people (both staff and other guests) are so incredibly kind and welcoming. What a beautiful getaway less than an hour from Nashville. The farm is wonderful. Show up and they will handle the days schedule and meals, so you can calm your mind and just be in the present moment without your todo list in the back of your head. My wife gifted me a weekend trip after she went and had a great experience herself. Solo, with a significant other, or a group of friends would be all worthwhile IMO. The Farm feels like summer camp for adults with a focus on being healthy. Can’t wait to go back

Absolutely wonderful experience at The Farm! I left with a sore body and a full heart. The staff truly goes above and beyond. The schedule was a great mix of group exercise, relaxation, and delicious food. You really connect with the people there and build a community. Linda, the masseuse is incredible! The highlight of my stay was when she propped me up and kept the massage going while we watched a fireworks show right outside the door(!) If you need to hit the reset button, go here.
