Recovering from a right reverse total shoulder replacement and had 16 regularly scheduled therapy sessions. Eryn took me to the next level of recovery with cupping, dry needling, and hands on muscle massage to give me extended range of motion. 5 Stars for Dr. Eryn and the entire staff at Rock Solid Sports Recovery. Love everyone at RSSR and Dr Lainey Uphoff is very aggressive and pushes hard but does nothing to risk anything. So happy to have her working with my son.
We lve Rock Solid Sports Recovery! The owners are amazing and they really know what they are doing! My son is 12 and is having problems with his knees. They have treated him four times and he is feeling so much better! We are now going to start sports training 1 time a week to get his body aligned and ready for Spring ball. Thank you RSSR.. you feel like family!
The facility is wonderful, staff welcoming, with many options for strengthening and recovery. Dr Paetz is an excellent diagnostician and therapist. Identifies the issues, and offers compete treatments with different modalities. Suggests appropriate follow up workouts and maintenance plans. My favorite place!
