Excellent, friendly service. The lenses are better than the national optical store! Great quality frames, too! The warranty is always honored, no questions. We will only purchase from Rock River Eyewear now.

Got my glasses the same week I ordered them. Fast friendly service. The receptionist is so nice. And Teresa is so knowledgeable and sweet.
My son lost his glasses in Florida on the beach. Teresa took an old frame and replaced the glasses so I could have them shipped by UPS next day air so he was able to see while he was on vacation! Super helpful and friendly. She definitely helped him enjoy his vacation without the headache of not being able to see.
