Was told 7-10 business days to pick up a trash bin. You’re a trash business
This is a joke of a garbage company that we are unfortunately forced to use by the city of belvidere. Our neighborhood is covered in trash after every pickup day. The truck driver, drives my garbage cans down the street because he dumps and drives at the same time, instead of stopping and waiting for the can to empty.
Horrible customer service been lied to so many times. You have to pay 200.00 for yard waste, won't pick up bags with out totter but had to call cause it was never dropped off emailed them and they said driver dropped it off but still no totter. Must be nice having a monopoly on waste disposal.
