I'm new to the Seabrook area and have been into multiple smoke shops til I walked into Rock n Roll it. Ashly greeted me as soon as I walked into the store and was very nice and knowledgeable and I found what I've been looking for since I moved here. The store was so clean and Ashly made me feel very welcome and comfortable. Ashlys customer service was excellent and she was easy to talk to. I absolutely love this store Ashly is the sweetest cutest very knowledgeable girl. Everytime I go in the store she acknowledges me right away even if she is busy with another customer. She knows about all ur inventory in the store if I have any questions she knows exactly what I'm talking about if I need to know. The store is always clean. I will continue to come here for all my needs because I feel very welcome when I enter the store especially if Ashly is working.

Went inside, wanted to get a new cartridge for my vape. The lady at the counter was helping someone else when I walked in with a hookah, she did not bother to even look at me or say anything to me when I walked in. I stood at the counter for quite a while waiting to at least be acknowledged, and never was. She walked past me twice to help the other lady and didn’t even bother to look at me or say “hi I’ll be with you in a minute”, or anything of the sort. I will not be back.
