Here at Rock 'N Roll It its always about the man/woman holding down the front end of the store that knows their product. The experience I had was joyful and has determined whether I will stroll back into the store. We Never Know!! BUT! I will say to visit and I recommend you to do so soon.
During my recent visit, I was overcharged by a new employee, and when I attempted to address the mistake, the situation escalated into a very unprofessional and disrespectful interaction. Instead of correcting the issue promptly, I was spoken to in a rude and insulting manner and treated with a complete lack of professionalism.
