It has taken me a while to write this review but felt it is time to do so. My Mum and Dad became residence of Rock Island Village Assisted Living back in 2021. My Mum passed away 6 months later. As time went on, my father was moved into memory care. I visited my Dad often, I could see the level of service deteriorating. I also noticed the extreme staff turn over at Rock Island.
