WEOKIE your customer service skills sucks. My wife came thru the drive thru to get a money order and she was told she had to come inside for that. She had our to small kids with her. She went inside and they said they couldn't do the money order thru the drive thru because the printer was across the room. Well WEOKIE you have lost our Business. We are going to bank of Oklahoma.

Weokie has gone downhill over the years. It is absolutely not a place you can bank at daily. Not user-friendly at all. I have spoken to the Vice President about it personally and he did not care.����
Just spent an hour and a half at This branch allowed them to pull my credit, they told me that I was an 825. went over rates and terms with them only for them to tell me they didn't loan on classic cars after I was told by two separate people including my loan officer that they did (or why pull my credit). For them to then come back after I was obviously upset to tell me they would if I did a list of things for them. Very courteous people work there, but I get the idea that as the old saying goes, the left hand doesn't know the right hand is doing! Went in to have my credit card there JUST put where no more charges could be made on it for a while, and they CANCELLED it completely I just found out? Went in yesterday morning checked my balance, and found out they had WITHOUT MY APPROVAL, VIOLATING MY CONTRACT I have with them, automatically with drawled money from my account 2 days before the scheduled due date for it! What is next?
