First time using Rock East funding, Had a bad experience with a previous lender so I was a little hesitant but I have to say Michael was a pleasure to deal with the terms were exactly what he said they would be!
Fantastic first experience with this lender. Mike was outstanding! The cash‑out refinance process was incredibly fast—much quicker than anything I’ve dealt with through credit unions or local savings and loan institutions. As someone who invests in smaller multifamily and single‑family properties, I really value efficiency, and this team delivered. Well done.
From start to finish altin made sure everything went smoothly. He was friendly patient and made sure I was taken care of every step of the way
Working with Noah was a great experience, he helped answer all my questions and concerns very quick and easily. He made the whole experience very effortless and with his guidance I feel comfortable with my decision. 10/10 recommend Noah to anyone looking for funding.
Great company to work with and very professional
