I had such a great experience at Rock Cut e-Bikes! Todd, the owner, was incredibly patient and welcoming. It had been years since I’d even sat on a bike, so I was definitely nervous. Todd set me up on a test ride, walked me through how to safely handle the bike, and made sure I felt comfortable on the route. I called three times during business hours and they won't answer their phone. I left a message and they didn't call me back. they are too busy and important to give you the time of day. no way would I give them my business. at one of my old jobs, I answered 400 plus phone calls a day.. it really isn't that difficult of a concept. it's a part of doing business and the least you can provide for your customers or potential customers.

If your looking for an honest shop that stands behind their products and practices honesty and integrity then Rock Cut E bikes is NOT the business for you! Bought a new (had 33 miles on it) e bike from them and had nothing but problems -chain fell off 3x once while riding, gears don’t shift smoothly and the biggest issue of all is the battery. I purchased 2 Meetone Tours from another source. Been having problems for about 6 weeks. I contacted them and they where more then willing to look into and rectify the problems. They worked with Meetone for warranty work and even came to my house to pick it up. Great service great guys. They got my business from now on.

Father and son business, with awesome personalities! My wife and I purchased 2-Magicycle Ocelot 2.0 pro bikes and couldn’t be happier. They are fat tire bikes which are phenomenal on and off road and the range they are truly capable of, eliminating range worry fatigue. Although we did add a couple of C9 extra comfort saddles, the bikes are very well appointed. Don’t go the online route until you check out these guys for just pennies more. This also keeps our brick and mortar stores in our future! You guys are incredible.
