My Husband and I rented E-bikes for the first time and it was a blast. The staff was friendly and showed us how to use the bikes, and directed us to the trails. We will definitely do this again! :o)
I called ahead and got all the detailed information I needed to be ready for our electric bike rental. I was so excited to find this service so close to home! We took the bikes from the shop to the nearby trail — it was absolutely beautiful on a crisp fall evening. The bikes worked great, and we had so much fun! I highly recommend Rock Cut E-Bikes to anyone and everyone — it’s very beginner-friendly and such a great experience overall.
We rented E bikes for two hours and had so much fun we rented them for the weekend. Owner and son were so nice and willing to take time to talk to us about all things E Bikes. After this weekend we are looking to purchase and I’m convinced this is the place we’ll go! Thanks Rock Cut for the great weekend!!
I had such a great experience at Rock Cut e-Bikes! Todd, the owner, was incredibly patient and welcoming. It had been years since I’d even sat on a bike, so I was definitely nervous. Todd set me up on a test ride, walked me through how to safely handle the bike, and made sure I felt comfortable on the route. I called three times during business hours and they won't answer their phone. I left a message and they didn't call me back. they are too busy and important to give you the time of day. no way would I give them my business. at one of my old jobs, I answered 400 plus phone calls a day.. it really isn't that difficult of a concept. it's a part of doing business and the least you can provide for your customers or potential customers.
