Loved the class! Relaxing and the instructor was wonderful.
They offer a lot of great resources and you can tell that the staff really cares.

This place looks very attractive but their website misrepresents. Says they take Medicare Aetna. I filled out online for an appointment, received an appointment date and time. Then received a call asking why I’m coming in and only then was I informed they don’t have counselors available who take my insurance?? I pointed out their website says they do take it. But was told again no. I will be calling Aetna. Very disappointing.
Beyond just medicine, the tools I have learned have made my life 110% better! DBT has been a game changer for my MDD and BPD. A wide range of services for the mind body and spirit and the most in depth DBT coverage I've seen. Copays can still add up so it really helped when Kim offered a payment plan for the intensive course as I was going twice a week every week. I now go for maintenance every other week!
