As the Resident Services Director here at Rock Creek, I have been incredibly impressed with our Wellness and Nursing team. I came to Rock Creek in September, and time and time again, wellness and nursing have gone above and beyond for the residents and their care. We chose Rock Creek Senior Living for our mother who has dementia. Best decision we made! The staff is wonderful, caring and so compassionate. Jordan at the front desk, greats you with such a wonderful smile and so welcoming and caring. He is so helpful and makes sure all your questions are answered. Rock Creek Senior Living is a beautiful facility. It is obvious that the caregivers here take pride in their jobs. Hannah, the assistant director has been extremely helpful and is always willing to lend a helping hand.
This place is horrible..I would never put my love one here not would I work here..the workers will not help your family they rather sit in office and talk about everyone..they will go to their room and just turn off the call button this is why most rooms smell bad strong piss and mold and it’s from workers not helping the ones that need toileting also they will not check and change them so they will end up with bed sores their already a few broken down with bed sores and dont even treat the wound if you want your family safe... read more
