Rock creek sewer district is a joke. They take your money, but do not invest back into their insufficient infrastructure. Their sewer drains are not maintained or improved causing sewage backups in homes. They know the issue and proceed to do nothing. Their claims person named Don is incompetent and did not even collect evidence for the 3 back ups I had occur in the time frame of 3 weeks. Staff were really helpful!
Terrible. Not good at sharing information that will benefit the customer and unwilling to work with customers of the lateral sewer line program. Didn’t replace connections to their line in 2014 and failed us again in 2018.
