I emailed a request to the Rock County Treasure for my real estate taxes amount as they have not been mailed out yet. Michelle Roettger responded almost immediately with the exact amount I would owe in 2023. Very prompt and professional service!
Wasn't much help when I called requesting a copy of my property tax bill. I was told that I could look it up and get it myself online. Not happy that I pay more and more in taxes every year, and taxpayers are funding this department that has poor customer service and is not helpful.
