This place is a hit or miss, sometimes you'll find good deals. Employees are trash and can't do shit right, I asked for a shoe and they told me it would be brought in from their warehouse and I would have it in 3 days. I went in a week later and nobody remembered the shoes, so I put all my information on a note and left it in hopes of them actually bringing it in. Vans 50th Checkerboard/Blue available! The shoes I bought do not fit, and surprise, they have a no return policy on shoes - shoes I tell you. I have all the packaging, never walked in them. I knew the minute I put them on, they were too big. If anyone is looking for some roomy size 8s in this super limited shoe, get in touch. Back to Zappos. No return on online shoes? Wow.

This place sold me these white shoe polished stained shoes and attributed the look to a vintage effect. They would not accommodate any of my resolutions and now I have a paypal claim against them. Beware of them, they do not accept, returns, exchanges nor refunds even if they did not disclose in their description such a horrific issue.
