Just bought a new bike for the first time in a while and the staff were incredibly helpful! Daniel in particular was awesome with explaining some newer subtlties of sizing charts and making sure I got the right size bike for me. Took the new bike out this last weekend and could not be happier :D
Great team of folks that did everything they could to make my son happy with this his bike repair. Would recommend to anyone who owns a bike and work with anyone who likes to receive great service.
I moved to Nanaimo three years ago and had a hard time finding a bike shop that understood the urgency when your bike is down and you just want to ride.
