Last year my wife and I bought a pair of cheap E-bikes, RCC has now (twice) adjusted a couple of minor issues right then and there. So thankful to have this service in Nanaimo.
I have shopped and had my bike serviced here for years. Today was the last day. I just spent over $500 on my service and was going to buy new gortex pants and shoe covers. But after the interaction I had I totally changed my mind. The tech was super judgmental about my bike’s brand, he lectured me, talked down to me and really made me feel like a POS. That really isn’t somewhere I want to spend my money. I was quite literally shocked at what was happening.
Just bought my first electric bike. The salesman Aidan listened to what I wanted and what I thought was important. He asked the right questions to help me nail down my choice. I just rode this little beauty home and am so happy. Definitely the perfect bike for me. Thanks with your advice on the gear as well.
