The staff and service is supreme. I had neck and tendon issues and found so much relief and strengthening during my visits. Everyone is super nice.
I partially tore my hamstring a little while back and was referred to Jerrod by a friend - he listened to me well and could pinpoint exactly where my injury was and developed a safe plan to get my leg back in shape. His staff are kind and helpful too. I could not be more glad to be under their care. Would recommend him to all my friends who encounter sports injuries.
They are amazing.
Going to sessions weekly helped my injury loads and left me feeling great. In almost no time the treatments sped up my recovery so much. I saw Elizebeth for my quad and she immediately helped me out, I couldn't recommend her more. I definitely recommend Rock and Armor to anyone dealing with injury or looking for extra sports training.
