I have gone to them (Boise site) for two separate issues this past year. In both cases, they are professional and knowledgeable. Top notch service and care. I appreciate the time they take to explain the issue and how the exercises are designed to address the issues. I highly recommend Rock and Armor.

I was referred to Rock and Armor for chronic pain attributed to fibromyalgia. After a couple of months of appointments, I feel so much stronger and better equipped to manage lingering pain with exercises and stretches. I worked with Elizabeth Hinkle, who was always worked with an incredibly warm and positive attitude! She always made sure I felt comfortable and that all my questions and concerns were addressed. I'm so grateful for the time I've been able to spend working with Elizabeth!

Working with Elizabeth and the folks at Rock and Armor to address hip pain that was impacting my quality of life was a better than excellent experience!
