Rock and Armor Physical Therapy and Sports Performance's Boise location is open for physical therapy services, and will be gradually adding sports performance, massage, and mobility coaching as we grow. Great knowledgeable people. The entire staff is really in tune with my needs. They have fixed my foot, my knee and most recently my shoulder.
Lindsy and her staff asked questions and provided clear instructions on exercises that addressed my pain. She adjusted the routines to fit my schedule. I have been pleased with my progress.
My first time at Rock and Armor was impressive. My PT thoroughly examined my knee, asking a lot of questions so she would know how to treat me. She give me effective exercises to do at home. She was very attentive and encouraging. After doing the exercises, she put my leg in a compression sleave with ice on my knee. Wow, that was very helpful. I didn't have any pain when I left. I will see her again soon to continue with strengthening exercises.
I love the environment here. The therapist are all so knowledgeable and understanding. Definitely some of the best PT i have ever received.
