Rock & Armor is, hands down, the best physical therapy place in the entire northwest! There's a reason they have been voted Best of Boise! I go the Garden City location and the facility itself is incredible with a warm, welcoming atmosphere, awesome front desk staff, huge turf area, and professional gym equipment, as well as a relaxing area where you can kick your legs up and put on the compression leg sleeves (those are my favorite 🙃). Elizabeth took very great care of me and helped me strengthen my ankles. I felt a lot of growth here and would highly recommend physical therapy here for any injury you have!
