Rock and Armor is absolutely amazing! I came in with some gnarly tailbone pain from a snowboarding crash! Elizabeth was amazing! She took the time to listen and adapt when things were hurting. She took the time to build up my tolerance to movement and was super fun to work with! I am so excited to be able to return to lifting and running with no pain.
My PT Elizabeth listened to me and was very understanding of my personal requirements. She also helped my 11yr old grandson to improve his sports abilities.
My sessions with Jake Arnold started on time, and he was very thorough in explaining how a particular movement would help my recovery. I liked that the gym wasn’t a hospital-type PT room, and there was never a wait for equipment.
I always receive excellent care and compassion at Rock and Armor.
Jerrod brings knowledge and professional to his work. He's friendly and immediately put me at ease. He is very skilled. We recommend him any time someone mentions needing PT.
