Disappointed with our experience. We communicated with Rochfords that we are first home buyers and we were told you would be available or at least get back to us with any questions or assistance. This did not occur. I had to call multiple times only for the receptionist to speak with Karissa (who works remotely) who told the receptionist to tell us “she said she replied to your email” and then not putting us through to speak with her. I knew that Lelia, Riziki, and Karissa could be relied upon to contact me as necessary throughout the transaction, and keep me informed. Likewise, I answered any correspondence quickly and filled in the Questionnaire and all Authorities promptly to assist them in their efforts. My transaction went smoothly and I had the best type of settlement- an uneventful one. Thank you to the team! Excellent work!
Used for mandatory legal advice on extremely routine property contract (incl. 30min consult). Curious that the fee easily surpassed the conveyancing cost on the whole property by nearly $500. To top it all off, all correspondence was extremely ‘payment focussed’….
