Booked star transportation for a shuttle after my wedding. Our driver was awesome, friendly and flexible. He made sure our guests had a great experience as well!

The bus has a wheelchair lift bot they don't use it. The driver and secretary both stated their busses don't have lifts. So they are discriminating against people in wheelchairs and those who have problems with stairs. after speaking to manager they are not licenced to use the lifts so they need Two days. Notice to arrange with another provider that is licenced to use the ramps. The busses are ADA compliant but the company is not.

Star has always provided excellent, on-time, and super friendly helpful black car service. Most recently they really came through for me with last minute accommodations. I appreciate Star Transportation so very much. Thank you, Star.

Very rude drivers. They think because they are in a huge bus they own the road, can do whatever they want, park wherever they want, and block multiple vehicles. Bus almost caused an accident today, sitting around where they shouldn't be.
