The friendliest and the most knowledgeable and helpful staff of any store I have ever encountered . All around great small family business, low prices , almost everything a person could want or need in a hardware/ lumber yard.
I cannot believe how amazing Rochester Lumber is. First, making the order was an easy process; our attendant was detailed, and he verified our order. Those who may know me, know we had a tragic fire, losing our structure and beloved animals, rebuilding is emotional for me. But even without Rochester Lunber knowing this they were so helpful.
