All these 5stars are a joke. The one nurse said they have them put in reviews. I am beyond disgusted and heartbroken by what I have witnessed at this establishment. No elder deserves to be treated with such blatant disrespect and neglect. The conditions are unacceptable — the facility smells strongly of feces, which alone speaks volumes about the level of care and sanitation being provided. Very disgusting. Smells like urine especially on the 2nd floor. Patients yelling out for help and no one attending to them. Patients asking for drinks or whatever and wait for quite some time if at they even get it. Very sad this is where people's family members live.. so sad

I called twice and the receptionist who helped me was lovely and not rude her name was Kayla need more helpful people and nice people

My dad spent two weeks here. My family considered ourselves partners with the team of caregivers at this facility. The nurses, aides, and cleaning crew could not have been kinder and more compassionate to my dad and us. They provided great care under very difficult circumstances. We also had the pleasure of working with the rehab team and each of them was extremely qualified and competent in the rehab they provided - speech, PT, and OT. The facility was being cleaned constantly and even the cleaning crew was kind and loving.... read more
