I strongly encourage families to research other options before placing a loved one here. From what I personally observed, there were serious concerns with cleanliness, staffing levels, and the quality of care residents were receiving. The staff appeared overwhelmed and stretched very thin, which raises concerns about whether residents are getting the attention and medical care they deserve. Our loved ones deserve dignity, safety, and proper care—please do thorough research before choosing this facility.

All these 5stars are a joke. The one nurse said they have them put in reviews. I am beyond disgusted and heartbroken by what I have witnessed at this establishment. No elder deserves to be treated with such blatant disrespect and neglect. The conditions are unacceptable — the facility smells strongly of feces, which alone speaks volumes about the level of care and sanitation being provided. Very disgusting. Smells like urine especially on the 2nd floor. Patients yelling out for help and no one attending to them. Patients asking for drinks or whatever and wait for quite some time if at they even get it. Very sad this is where people's family members live.. so sad
