The gentlemen I talked to was helpful, patient with my questions and he is an asset to the City Hall of Rochester team.

Efficient and timely. The office was able to give me the answer to my question precisely.
The reviewer from 5 years ago was spot on. The CSR was not helpful in the least, had zero listening skills, and kept interrupting my explanation of the situation. Ironically, this is all to the city's detriment. I receive bills for a business that belonged to the previous owner of my home. This person is deceased. I called to let the city know who to get in touch with so that the city can get it's money. Instead, she kept telling me to contact the post office before I could even finish my explanation.
