I have shopped here for 20 years -each time I visit NYC Today I wanted 5 or 6 pairs of shoes; they needed to get in my size. They said I would have to pay in advance, sight unseen and treat the shoes as returns if they were unsuitable. Not going to happen! I have never heard such rubbish! The attitude was polite but "take it or leave it". I won't be back. PS went from there to J C Penny and bought 12 polo and tee shirts in 5 xlt for about $11 average. Great value and much better staff.
Walked into your store to buy a simple belt. The cheapest one I could find was $70.00. Have you guys lost your mind??? Just because people are of a certain size, is no reason to take advantage. Never again with this place!
