We scheduled for New Years Eve transportation to and from NYC. We were quite weary given recent reviews. But each way the driver was on time waiting for us. Communication was excellent. The SUV was new and clean. Mike was personable and a great driver.
Used to be reliable, not any more. We missed our flight and had to cancel our trip to Florida.
Ive been a customer for years, my last few experiences have been horrible. Drivers are late, rhe office says they are “5mins away” when they dont even know how far driver is or if driver is coming at all (just happened to me). Lost a valuable customer.
