Quick and helpful response on email enquiries. Friendly receptionists. Dr Sharma is one of the best doctor I have seen. She is friendly and professional. Highly recommended!
This clinic was good, key word WAS. I came in today for my appointment at 12pm, I waited about half an hr, which was fine. What was not okay, was the Dr was not helpful at all, she was very pushy, like you tell her something and she brushes it off. You know what she said? Deal with it, that's what most people do with pcos. Well guess what, we don't. We flipping struggle! So much for being a women's health dr and advocate for women's health. Disgusted I had to pay $80. Very disappointing. Arrived on time for my appointment & filled in all the required paperwork to then be told “sorry the dr says his schedule is too busy”. This at 9.00am in the morning. I would get charged an $80 no show fee. Can I charge them for wasting my time. Soo angry and will not go back there.
Waste of time, ethnic people welcomed, white people can wait
